Dr. Michal Sela has 20 year of experience in senior management in higher education institutions and women organizations.

Expert in initiating, designing and implementing complex entrepreneurial projects by creating teams, team work and capacity building.

Dr Sela holds D.M.D in dentistry and MA in Management of Nonprofit & Community Organizations from the Hebrew University Jerusalem. Graduate of cohort 15 at Mandel School of Leadership.

 

Former  positions: Executive Director of IWN (Israel Women's Network), Head of students' administration at HIT- Holon Institute of Technology, Dean of students' affairs at Bezalel, Academy of arts and design and Emergency hot-line manager at the Jerusalem rape crisis center.

 

Michal's vision is to make workplaces safe and empowering environments through cultivation of leadership, thus elevating creativity, effectivity and impact.
