We offer a diagnostic meeting in which we will map together the managerial strengths and the challenges you are facing. We shall decide together what aspects of your leadership you wish to develop.

You will be given recommendation for a work plan including topics like: How do I react to uncertainty, How do I cope with staff’s resistance, practical aspects of management, creating positive communication at work, coping with organizational politics etc.
